NGO Seva Foundation launched in J&K

Jammu, 31 July 2021: With an aim to contribute towards the society, a Non Governmental Organization (NGO), Seva Foundation was launched here in a virtual event. Seva (Social Empowerment by Volunteering Approach) Foundation has been registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 and is committed to work in different domains which will help in the upliftment of society.
Vikas Pandita, Founder and Chairman of Seva Foundation said that the organisation will be working in various domains that include Environment, Education, Healthcare, Sports, etc so as to meet the primary objectives.
Some of the primary objectives of Seva Foundation are as:
The United Nations sustainable goals, building the skills of an individual, imparting right knowledge and professionalism in the youth, raising awareness for the betterment of society, seek support from the various ministries for supercharging youth, collaborating with government ministries, their self development programs and various non-governmental organizations who work for the society with the same perspective.
During the virtual launch event, Core committee of Seva Foundation was announced. The members of Core committee are as: Sumit Khar (Vice Chairman), Aman Kumar (Vice Chairman), Novinder Kumar (General Secretary), Nitish Gupta (Secretary), Amit Kumar (Joint Secretary), Suraj Koul (Joint Secretary and PRO), Ashish Sharma (Joint Secretary), Srishti Koul (Program Coordinator and Media Manager), Rahul Tandon (Chief Marketing Officer),  Sahil Bhan (Head, Volunteer Management), Lovesh (Head, Campaign Management). Pankul Abrol and Rohan Sharma were appointed as Advisors of Seva Foundation where as Adv. Upasna Thakur, Adv. Rahul Kilam and Adv. Vikas Badhoria will be the legal advisors of Seva Foundation.
