Indian Para Archers Eye Multiple Medals At World Archery Para Series In Ahmedabad

Indian para archers will be in the hunt for multiple medals at the World Archery Para Series in Ahmedabad today, as they compete in several gold and bronze medal matches across different events.

In the Para recurve mixed team Gold medal match, India’s Bhawna and Harvinder Singh will take on China’s Liang Qiurong and Xia Lei in the final. India’s Sheetal Devi will have another opportunity to claim gold when she faces Aizada Seidan of Kazakhstan in the Para Compound Women’s individual final.

Sheetal Devi will also be in action in the Para Compound mixed team Bronze medal match, pairing with Toman Kumar against Iraq’s Sarah Al-Hameed and Abbas Kadhim. In the Para Recurve Women’s Bronze medal match, India will be assured of a medal as Rajshri Dhanraj Rathod takes on compatriot Bhawna in an all-Indian contest. India’s Sarita will face China’s Wang Huiting in the Para Compound Women’s Bronze medal match, while Toman Kumar will meet Iraq’s Abbas Kadhim in the Para Compound Men’s Bronze medal match.
