Mughal road reopened for traffic after five days

The historic Mughal road, connecting Shopian in south Kashmir and Poonch-Rajouri districts in Jammu reopened on Friday after remaining closed since December 5.

DTI Mughal road, Qasim Ahmed told that the road reopened for all types of traffic.

The thoroughfare was closed on Sunday in view of slippery road conditions after heavy snowfall.
