Restrictions on prepaid roaming to continue in J&K, Ladakh : GoI

The Centre today said that the restrictions on prepaid roaming between Union Territories (UTs) of J&K and Ladakh, and the rest of the country would continue for the time being.

“There is no proposal at present to facilitate the roaming facility in the UTs of J&K and Ladakh to prepaid mobile subscribers.

The Government has decided that the restrictions on prepaid roaming between UTs of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh and the rest of the country shall continue for the time being,” Devusinh Chauhan, said Union Minister of State for Communications while responding to a query in the Parliament.
