Puducherry LG flags off Swachh Sagar Surakshit Sagar campaign

Puducherry Lt. Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan has stressed the importance of coastal cleanup for everybody’s health.

Flagging off the Swachh Sagar Surakshit Sagar campaign, she cautioned whatever we throw in the sea comes to our intestine.

The event also coincided with the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Puducherry is one of the 75 beaches where a massive coastal clean-up drive was undertaken on Saturday.
