Congress MP from Jalandhar Santokh Singh Chaudhary passes away

Congress MP from Jalandhar Santokh Singh Chaudhary passed away today in Ludhiana after suffering a cardiac arrest while participating at the Bharat Jodo Yatra.

Mr. Chaudhary was 76. He had been representing the Jalandhar Lok Sabha constituency from 2014 and had held a position as a minister in the Punjab cabinet previously. He was rushed to the hospital and there he breathed his last.
