President Droupadi Murmu to attend convocation ceremony of Central University of South Bihar in Gaya
On the concluding day of the three-day visit to Bihar President Droupadi Murmu will attend the convocation ceremony of Central University of South Bihar in Gaya today. She will confer degrees and medals to the meritorious students. Before the function the President will go to Bodhgaya and will offer prayers at the world-famous Mahabodhi Temple.

“The Central University of South Bihar in Gaya is adorning a festive look for its third convocation ceremony. The CUSB is all set to welcome the President of India, the Visitor of the University. The Convocation Ceremony is going to be held after 5 years. First time it is being organised at its permanent and 300 acre sprawling campus in Gaya. The Ceremony is special for faculty members and students because this year the university has attained a certificate of excellence in quality education by attaining the highest UGC NAAC A plus-Plus (A ) grading, making it the first university of Bihar to receive such honor. More than 11 hundred students who passed during the academic period of 2016 to 2020 will be honoured today. As a mark of her visit to Bihar, the President will plant a sapling in Rajbhavan Patna this morning.
