PM Modi To Launch ‘Nasha Mukt Yuva For Viksit Bharat’ Campaign On August 2

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will officially launch the Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat campaign on Sunday (2 August). Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Dr Mansukh Mandaviya said that over one crore participants will attend the inaugural ceremony. The Union Minister added that participants will also take the Nasha Mukt Pledge during the programme.

The Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat campaign will be a 100-week nationwide Jan Bhagidari movement aimed at encouraging youth to stay away from substance abuse. It will include weekly Sunday youth-led awareness campaigns, community rallies and the Nasha Mukt Pledge.

My Bharat volunteers, the National Service Scheme, youth clubs, schools, colleges, universities, NGOs, industry associations and spiritual organisations will participate in the campaign to connect young people with the vision of a Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat. Interested individuals can register through the My Bharat platform to become part of the initiative.
