India Bowl Out New Zealand For 134 In Second ODI

In men’s cricket, India bowled out New Zealand for just 134 runs in 41 overs in the first innings of the second ODI in Wellington. Gurnoor Brar led the bowling attack with an impressive four-wicket haul, while Auqib Nabi and Axar Patel claimed two wickets each.

Earlier, Indian skipper Shubman Gill won the toss and elected to bowl, making the most of the overcast conditions. New Zealand struggled to build partnerships, although Daryl Mitchell’s half-century and Mitchell Santner’s 31 runs provided some resistance in the middle order.

The match was reduced to 47 overs per side due to rain, with India needing 135 runs for victory. India entered the contest with a 1-0 lead after winning the rain-affected first ODI by five wickets, with Virat Kohli starring with a knock of 74.
