Sensex rises 68 points to trade at 59,314

The key domestic stock indices today logged modest gains in the afternoon trade.

The Sensex and the Nifty, both climbs amid positive global cues.

The Sensex was trading above 59,300 points while the Nifty was trading near 17,700 level.

The Sensex rose 68 points, or 0.12 per cent, to trade at 59,314. The Nifty was also up 20 points, or 0.12 per cent, to trade at 17,686 when the reports last came in.
