Amit Shah to review security, developmental works in high-level meet on J&K today
Home Minister Amit Shah will review security and developmental works in J&K in a high-level meeting called in New Delhi, a media report said.
The meeting will be attended by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and top brass of civil and police administration of the Union Territory.
Quoting sources, officials reported that besides security scenario and review of development works in Jammu and Kashmir there is a possibility that the controversy over outside voters’ inclusion will be discussed in the meeting.
Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, Chief Secretary Arun Kumar Mehta, Additional Chief Secretary (Home) RK Goyal, Director General of Police (DGP) Dilbag Singh and DG CID Rashmi Ranjan Swain are likely to attend the meeting among others, said the report.
