King of Bhutan Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck to be on eight-day visit to India

King of Bhutan Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck will be on a eight-day visit to India beginning tomorrow. The King will be accompanied by senior officials of the Royal Government of Bhutan.

In an official statement, External Affairs Ministry said in New Delhi that the King of Bhutan will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the visit. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and senior officials of Government of India will also pay him a visit. The King will also visit Assam and Maharashtra during his official visit.
