Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party today held a press conference here at Press club Jammu

While addressing the media. Shri.Sanjay Saraf National General Secretary and National Spokesperson of R Lok Janshakti Party raises various issues pertaining to reformation of electricity and odds facing by the employees of PM package.

 On this occasion Sh. Manoj Padha who is already General Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir was also given additional charge of Working Provisional President of Jammu.

Sh. Saraf said that we are living in the UT and there have been many reformations by the present Government then why not the working of Electrical Department be reformed in respect to have 24/7 Electricity throughout Jammu And Kashmir ,As per our Sources Minimum  20 percent of Consumers are part of that policy which  is more effective in our state were some individuals are getting benefits .

There is a great possibility in the electrical   department and through the small positive improvements and changes  urgently many jobs  could be provided and created  for the  unemployed youths. The recent strike by PDD employees reflects some discord between the govt & the employees union. This discord must end in accordance to the agreement already signed between the employees and the govt 2019. The genuine demands of the employees must be met and the employees in turn must understand that every reformation  brings change and we must be ready to acknowledge it.

Sh. Sanjay Saraf also said that the Relief Commissioner  department should review the policy of PM Package employees who are doing jobs in Kashmir Province .

Sh. Saraf has said  the affidavit/ bond which are taken by the department during the appointment , should not be made necessary till the retirement of the employee , this bond should be restricted for  nine (9) years.,,First Promotion,, So that PM Package employees should be rotated as per Transfer policy, as PM pakage Jobs are Supernumerary Seats

Delimitation commission does not have space for Kashmiri pandits and Sikhs because it’s based on population of a particular area . There should be a special case made for these minorities to ensure representation of these communities in the assembly
