All Kashmiri Pandit Organizations strongly condemn brutal killings in Kashmir. Demand a deterrent action
An extraordinary meeting was held in the office of the All India Kashmiri Samaj(AIKS), to condemn the brutal killings in Kashmir.
The gruesome murder of a very prominent Kashmiri Pandit, Shri Makhan Lal Bindroo, Shri Virender Paswan, a domiciled Kashmiri Hindu and Shri Shafi Lone is the matter of concern to the community of Kashmiri Pandits living in Kashmir or outside.
Pertinent to mention that Shri Bindroo was the one among the small group of Kashmiri Pandits who stayed put and never left the valley even in worst situations and have been the torch bearers of Indian democracy and ethos in Kashmir.
The organizational heads or their representatives, who attended the meeting included JKVM, KMWA Noida GKPD and RRR.
All the members strongly censured the Indian State for its failure in protecting the lives of Indian Citizens in Kashmir. It is the responsibility of the UT administration to protect the lives of its the businessmen and prominent residual Kashmiri Pandits in the valley who are soft target at the behest of Pakistan, the fountainhead of international terrorism and sponsor of murder and mayhem in Jammu and Kashmir.
AIKS and other organisation, as mentioned above, demand of security to the Kashmiri Pandits of the valley is dealt as a priority rather than issuing condolence letters and press releases. If one more KP falls prey to the bullets of these trigger happy mad skulls it will mean another exodus forced on the hapless community. Neglecting security therefore and other survival issues of these KPs tantamount to no less than a catastrophe.
The UT administration is demanded to book the culprits at the earliest and instill a sense of confidence and security among the people who believe in India.
