Govt designates officials for sharing key achievements
A day after the Chief Secretary stressed for better dissemination of welfare programmes among people, the Jammu and Kashmir government today designated a special official for sharing key achievements on Union Territory’s dashboard.
“Planning officers of the several departments were mandated to furnish the requisite information of key performance Indicators of schemes to the Information Technology Department in a time-bound manner for updation of the Dashboard,” an official told.
As per the order issued by the General Administration Department, senior-most Planning Officers viz. Director, Joint Director, Deputy Director, Assistant Director of the Departments from government departments shall be the Single Points of Contact (SPOC), Nodal Officers in respect of Departments for the development and operation of the Union Territory Dashboard being developed by the Information Technology Department.
Further, they shall be responsible for furnishing the requisite information on the agreed Key Performance Indicators to the Information Technology Department in a time-bound manner and thereafter for operation/updation of the Dashboard in respect of the schemes/programs/initiatives under implementation in their Departments.
As per the order, all the departments shall be responsible for furnishing the requisite information on the agreed Key Performance Indicators on the Aadhaar seeding of all schemes. Health and Medical Education Department shall furnish the requisite information of Ayushman Bharat Health Programmes and Pradhan Mantri Matri Vandana Yojana (PMMVY).
An official of Social welfare shall furnish the requisite information of Adhaar Seeding (Pensions, Scholarship, PM Kisan), ICDS Monitoring, POSHAN Abhiyan, SC/ST/OBC Certificate and Scholarships. Information Technology Department shall furnish the requisite information of the Aadhaar Enrollment.
Planning, Development and Monitoring Department shall furnish the requisite information of Border Village, Back to Village, Aspirational District Programme. Animal/Sheep Husbandry shall furnish the requisite information of Dairy Schemes.
The revenue department shall furnish the requisite information of Eviction on Land Encroachments Issuance of Domicile Certificates. FCS& CA shall furnish the requisite information of FCS/ration card monitoring.
Jal Shakti department shall furnish the requisite information of Implementation of Jal Jeevan Mission. The agriculture department shall furnish the requisite information of the Kisan Credit Card (KCC) Scheme and PM Kisan Yojana.
Officials of IDFC, Finance department shall furnish the requisite information of Languishing Projects. An official of the RDD & PR department shall furnish the requisite information of MGNREGA, Panchayat functioning, Panchayat playfields, Aadhaar seeding (MGNREGA), UMEED/NRLM, PRI security, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural).
The officials of H& UDD shall furnish the requisite information of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) and ULB security. The officials of the PW (R&B) Department shall furnish the requisite information of PWD (100% connectivity) and PWD (PM Gram Sadak Yojana)
PDD department officials shall furnish the requisite information of Transformers monitoring. The officials of the School Education Department officials shall furnish the requisite information of enrollment and other initiatives of the education department.
Whereas, the officials of the DMRR&R department shall furnish the requisite information of transit accommodation for Kashmiri Pandit migrants.
